This was our final practice of the real thing. At Goodyear Memorial Scout Camp Central Escarpment and Greater Toronto Regions hosted a "CJ-like" practice camp. Every youth and adult registered for CJ'01 was required to attend. The camp gave us a last chance to tweak the tents, equipment, and rosters for the big event. For the first time we had the whole contingent out, including "Mr. Bill", our Venturer Advisor who is joining us for the week. Activities included sessions on hygiene, money management, packing, etc. All sessions we designed to get us better prepared. The rain on Sunday, though, probably taught us more than anything about being prepared. Next stop: P.E.I......
