a great aptitude in both agility and the field.
Ziva is a working dynamo who can turn it off when she hits the couch.
She has spent most of her show career performing as half of a Junior Handler team.

Vento is a handsome dog with excellent conformation, temperament and type.
He is an excellent retriever and a phenomenal upland hunter.
Vento is the son of Rosie, a daughter of Addidas Such Charm (CeCe)
who is a full sister to both Hunter's (Murphy Brown) and Singer's (Streisand) dams.
These sisters have consistently given us fabulous temperaments and type.
His U.S. Grandsire, Baron, Ch. Mayhem Gentleman's Agreement,
was the breed's first Multi-BIS All Breed winner.
Vento was Specialty Winner's Dog at the 2005 National Specialty.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

RED BOY (CHAUNCEY)
YELLOW BOY (BANDIT)

INTO THE SECOND WEEK
During their second week, all the pups have doubled in size,
INTO THE THIRD WEEK
INTO THE FOURTH WEEK
This is how 23 day old puppies play:
He also won the Specialty Best in Sweeps competition.
He was awarded a Judge's Award of Merit at the 2007 National Specialty
and is an All Breed group placer.
His show career is secondary, however, as
Vento is primarily a hunting companion.

Six pups were born June 27, 2008,
4 liver males, 1 black male and 1 liver female.

The liver males weighed in at one pound each. Their sister and black brother were each 14 oz.
Caught in the middle of a yawn.
The Fourth of July fireworks didn't phase him.
Like the others, Red Boy spent most of this week sleeping.
Besides sleeping, this boy eats.
He was the first pup to weigh in at 2 pounds.
At two days.
His head will change so much as he grows.
Our sole black puppy, and we were so glad to see him.
These exercise have been shown to improve health and development later in life.
Reference
The pups fit nicely into a copy paper box,
to keep them out of harm's way while I freshened up the nursery.
Within a few days they had outgrown the box,
and they still snooze a lot.
and two have tripled in size.
They are becoming more active,
turning over,
finding new places,
their eyes are beginning to open,
(so the flash gets put away for awhile)
and they still snooze a lot.
Pink girl and Blue boy seem to find each other
a lot.
The puppies' eyes have all opened.
The Livers at 2 1/2 weeks.
The pups were kid tested and approved!
The next morning, another first,
Black Boy came over to me and nudged my hand to be petted.
Every morning starts with a good stretch!
Isn't this where the kids came from?
I don't see them!
Pink and Blue, together again.
It's been a long day.
A very long day!
The pups are growing teeth,
so the games should get more interesting!
