| This jump is the most popular and probably the most basic of jumps.You start out with a highV,bring your arms around in a circle and jump.Your hands should be in fists and you legs should be with your knees facing up.Keep your chest up and think of it as someone pulling you up. |

| The front hurdler is a very easy jump.You start out with your arms in a high V then bring them around in to a touchdown motion.Your arms ahould always be higher than you legs.Kick your leg out in front of you and bring your other leg in back of you. |

| In a herkie your arms start in a high V and swing around in a circle.One leg should go out to the side and one leg shoud be bent facing down. |

| This jump is almost exactly like the herkie except that your bent leg should be level with the ground. |
