JUMPS
This jump is the most popular and probably the most basic of jumps.You start out with a highV,bring your arms around in a circle and jump.Your hands should be in fists and you legs should be with your knees facing up.Keep your chest up and think of it as someone pulling you up.
The front hurdler is a very easy jump.You start out with your arms in a high V then bring them around in to a touchdown motion.Your arms ahould always be higher than you legs.Kick your leg out in front of you and bring your other leg in back of you.
In a herkie your arms start in a high V and swing around in a circle.One leg should go out to the side and one leg shoud be bent facing down.
This jump is almost exactly like the herkie except that your bent leg should be level with the ground.
These are the major jumps that every cheerleader should know.
