The Ring of Conservative Christian
Sites has placed narrow limits on site URL page advertising
and on commercial site content.
We want everyone who visits ROCCS to clearly understand from its content
that this is a free ministry which receives no financial support from
and is not beholden to any business entity or authority other than Almighty
God, and that ROCCS is neither an income-generating business nor a tax-exempt
ministry. If your web site's primary purpose is the sale of goods
and services, even Christian goods and services, it probably won't be accepted
for ROCCS membership unless you are willing to accept our very limited
site URL page advertising content policy, especially on Site URL Pages.
If you have decided to apply for ROCCS membership, you will probably

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ROCCS MEMBERSHIP
APPLICANTS AND WEBMASTERS
Please pay very
close attention to ALL of the general ROCCS membership
conditions on this page!!! In joining ROCCS or maintaining a site in our
ring, you are agreeing to follow them.
- You are expected
to maintain your member site so that it will conform to the membership requirements,
below.
- Please, don't
make big changes to the religious or political content of your site without
first reviewing these standards. ALWAYS notify ROCCS if you are changing
your site's ISP or Email address.

ALWAYS notify the RingMaster BEFORE you take your site
off-line or edit the Nav Bar. If you don't, your site will "break
the ring" and will be suspended.
- Do not modify
the ROCCS Server Side Navigation Bar (SSNB) or your old HTML code fragment's
links in any way.
- Install the
Nav Bar in a separate location on your site URL page so it doesn't "stack"
with other Nav Bars. The Nav Bar is great unless it's jammed together
in a confusing list of other Nav Bars.
- "Dead" site
URL's will be immediately suspended or deleted from the ring at the RingMaster's
discretion.
- If we can not
contact you by Email, your site will be moved from the ring to the queue (suspended
from active participation in the ring) until you email us . If your
response is excessively delayed, your site will be removed from our ring.
ROCCS wants active webmasters. If that happens, you will have to re-apply
for ROCCS membership. Of course, we will always welcome back a returning
site.
- These requirements
are necessary 1) to provide a smooth "surfing" experience for folks visiting
ROCCS, and 2) ABOVE ALL to provide the best possible environment for our
members to spread the Gospel of Christ.

APPLICANT WEB SITE STANDARDS
- An applicant site,
in our Bible-based opinion, MUST NOT cause a weaker brother or sister
in Christ to stumble and fall into sin. [Matthew 18:3-7; Mark 9:38-48;
Revelation 18:21; 1Corinthians 8 (esp. v. 7 and 11-13)].
- On the initial visit, the site must
give
no doubt that it is authored by a
Biblical Christian who holds
politically conservative values.
There must be
conservative political content on the site

- On the initial visit, the site must

conservative Christian.
There must be
substantial webmaster-authored conservative Christian content
present on the web site. There must be no content which our members might
consider objectionable. ROCCS is non- denominational and does not
represent any specific Biblical Christian theological position.
ROCCS is NOT a Protestants-only ring, but it is a Biblical
Christians only ring!
- If used, the applicant site must
present well-constructed Frames.
Frames are annoying
when the author hasn't considered different sized displays and different
browsers.
- The site must have quickly loading Pages.
One minute is
the ideal maximum per page.
- Editorial positions must uphold
and promote Christian involvement in all aspects of our society and a return
to the Christian foundations of the United States of America.
- Applicant sites must be operated by decent, kind, law-abiding
Biblical Christians who realize that sitting in obscurity behind a keyboard
is no reason to discard their character, morals and/or integrity.
Tolerance
of unbiblical doctrines is neither required nor encouraged. A "take
no prisoners" attitude toward cultists and secular humanists is not
just OK with the RingMaster, it is encouraged! Soliders for Christ
are supposed to act like soldiers, not cowards.

ROCCS WILL REJECT FOR OR REMOVE FROM MEMBERSHIP:
-
Any site which, in our Bible-based opinion, might even tend to cause a
weaker brother or sister in Christ to stumble and fall into sin.

- Any site whose owner can't be determined

- ALL Jehovah Witnesses, Mormon/LDS, and
other cult, false doctrine, family- and soul-destroying heretical sites.
- ALL racist or race-oriented sites.
- ALL "theistic evolution" sites. Evolution
is the religion of atheists. Period.

ALL politically liberal web sites.

ALL liberal "Christian" web sites.
- Although ROCCS will admit almost any
Bible-believing Christian site that meets membership standards, we will
neither admit to our ring nor allow a member site to remain in the ring which posts materials offensive to other
Christians. ROCCS supports those
brothers and sisters in Christ who believe the KJV to be God's
inspired Word, however, any site displaying the following graphic or any
similarly offensive material will not be allowed to join or remain part
of ROCCS:
- ALL atheist, deist, or agnostic web sites,
or sites promoting atheistic deistic, or agnostic principles,
including those promoting so-called theistic evolution. Any site
promoting one or all of these anti-Christ doctrines will be rejected for
membership or removed from membership without notice. ROCCS will
not promote or present secular humanism, Marxism, Leninism, DemocRAT-style
Liberalism (godless socialism / communism) or other secular world
views even if the owner claims to be a Christian. There are
many Satanically deluded deceivers in the world. They're not welcome
at ROCCS.

PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND
THAT ROCCS members are not ashamed of the Gospel. We are ABSOLUTELY
NOT politically correct. We reject the destructive and deadly influence
of multicultural diversity as a fast track to war and destruction (Bosnia
and the Middle East are excellent examples). We also reject eco-whacko environmentalist
web sites and their globalist / green / new age religious icon, global
warming.
ROCCS is NOT
a Protestants only ring! As defined on
this page, we restrict ROCCS membership without apology
ONLY to Bible-believing and promoting,
Christ-centered, Biblical morality- upholding, politically conservative Christian
web sites without regard to their denomination or theological persuasion.
If you don't like our policies, you'll be happier elsewhere.
Don't bother
to call
us Nazis. We are proud to be captialists; capitalism feeds the world!
NAZIS ARE mass-murdering, godless SOCIALISTS, not capitalists. Their political
ideology and disregard for truth is practiced by Liberals, not Conservatives.

planning to complain to the RingMaster about this ring's policies and positions,

- One page "sites" and most
pages that are part of a larger web site.
- Any site advocating anything close to violence
(self-defense is OK).
- Sites which contain profanity, nudity or
the impression of nudity, the impression of immorality, or even SEEM to support
immoral behavior. Simply put, you must abstain from the appearance of evil.

Commercial Sites where the sale of products is attempted
on the Site URL. A link or two to your commercial site is OK, but selling
of products on the Site URL is not permitted. If a substantial portion
of your pages sell products, including Christian products and
literature, your site is not acceptable in our ring.
Of course, if you want to buy a domain name for ROCCS we'll gladly
put your banner on the home page! Just kidding! (|;-{> Wink!
Membership Suspensions and Deletions
- Any site applying for ROCCS membership
will not be reviewed for admission until its webmaster has joined Yahoo!WebRing
and installed the SSNB (see the bottom of this page) on their Site URL page.
- If a submitted site has not acted according
to the requirements of this page within one (1) day, the application will
be deleted from the queue.
- Effective December
19, 2000: If a current member modifies or removes the ROCCS HTML
fragment or Navigation Bar without written permission from ROCCS' RingMaster,
member site will be suspended from active participation in the ring. The
site will not be returned to the ring until the webmaster has installed the
Server Side Nav Bar. There are rare and very limited exceptions to this rule.
- The time that a site may remain suspended
from active participation in ROCCS before membership is revoked is subject
to the RingMaster's discretion. The RingMaster may delete for cause
the membership of any site at any time he deems proper.
- The RingMaster keeps detailed records of
all applicant and member-related correspondence. Webmasters whose sites have
been deleted from ROCCS are encouraged to reapply unless their site was in
violation of our site rejection policy, above.

Conservative Christian - Generally, those people whose
political ideology favors minimal government involvement in citizen's lives
and preserves the Constitutionally-delegated rights of self-government as
opposed to oppressive federalism. Also, those who value freedom more
than equality but would restrict some limited elements of personal freedom
to preserve order. A conservative Christian's standard of righteousness
on all issues is the Bible alone, in its entirety.
Biblical Christian - A disciple of Jesus Christ.
We accept the eternal truths of 1Corinthians 15:3-4 and Romans 3:23
and have acted publicly on Romans 10:9-10,13.
ROCCS' major concern is what a site does with Christ's message and
the freedom His children have through Him.
Political Conservative - Generally, those whose political
ideology favors narrowly limited government. Also, those
who value freedom more than equality, but who would place logical limits
on freedom to preserve social order. Liberty is not license.
Liberals - Bigoted, Christian-baiting, cowardly
Ted Kennedy types or -- perhaps worse -- lying, perversion-loving Bill Clinton
and Algore types.
Liberal "Christians" - NOT Bible-believing, NOT God-trusting
Christians, they are CINO's (Christians in Name Only). They are heretics
and deceivers who appear to have "a form of Godliness" (2Timothy 3:5). They
are much worse than Ted Kennedy types, and far more dangerous than Clinton
and Algore types.
