Dear Fanz

All you have to do is to pick some places like schools, parks, shopping malls etc. and tell people 'bout our campaign. Take some papers and request them to sign their names, home addies or email addies or contact numbers or if they don't wanna disclose that, they can even write the institutes names they're related and if they wish they can even write their age and professions.

I know it's hard but you got to let me know your progress at least every second day. You and your good lads/ladies who will be working, will have to write your names, ages, contact addies (home or email or both) on the top sheet after completing your campaign. You will be regarded as the campaign leaders from your country :))

Oh! remember I've already mailed to some places for sponsorship and if we get any, we have to put the LOGO on the top left or right corner of each sheet we'll use. So please leave a space for that too when you take the signs!! If we get a sponsor you'll be sent money to cover the campaign and if we don't get any, we'll have to do on our own :( But don't worry of mailing this huge thing, coz you can scan and email it :) After completing the campaign we'll pick someone from us to mail all this...that thing i'll let you know later, you'll have a chance to discuss that, definitely :))
