and other therapeutic activities, including art and music making, for assigned population; complete
and maintain service documentation according to mandated standards; participate in treatment
team, assessment of patients concerning their interests and ability to participate in planned activities.

September 2008 to Present - Drummer/Percussionist with Sick City Four. Louisville, KY.
The Sick City Four is a quartet fronted by three multi-instrumentalists that explores the
possibilities of improvisation and abstraction inspired by the concepts of Jazz, Western
Classical and Punk/Noise minimalism.

October 2008 to Present - Contract Artist/Workshop Director for Speed Museum of Art
Family Art Sparks Studio. Louisville, KY.
Responsibilities include: directing art making workshops for families
visiting the museum with a focus on engaging with the museum?s current exhibitions. Workshops
have involved bookmaking, collage, expressionist painting and visual-musical composition.

Painted custom made highly realistic patient matched ©Dermatos prosthetic fingers. Filled and set
acrylic nails into prosthetic fingers, hands and feet. Repaired and repainted damaged and worn skins.

Exhibitions.
Presented original two-dimensional works including paintings, drawings and prints for
individual and group exhibition throughout the Southeast United States.

Workshops.
Developed and presented lectures, demonstrations and hands on workshops for students at elementary,
high school and college levels. The focus of these workshops have ranged in subject matter from
Exploring the relationship between Rhythm, Color and Texture in Visual and Musical Expression to the
Fundamentals of Portraiture to Making Papier Mache Masks.

Performance.
Experience in all aspects of Puppet Theatre including writing, producing, directing, design, construction
and live performance. Conceived, directed and produced short films. Produced live and prerecorded radio
programs on Creative Improvised Music and Jazz at WMUW (Columbus, MS.); WUMS & WOXD (Oxford, MS.);
and WMSV(Mississippi State University). Percussionist.
