ROBIN LEONARD MEETS
THE BEE GEES

The pictures were taken August 16th, 1989. I had travelled
from Vancouver BC to Toronto, Ontario to see the Bee Gees
on the One For All Tour. I had managed to arrange for a
backstage pass to be waiting at the venue, & I was terribly
nervous...after all, the moment I had waited for 12 years to
experience was about to happen, I was going to meet the Bee
Gees! They were amazing! So wonderful to everyone,
willingly signing tons of things for everyone, (much to the
chagrin of their *handlers*) and even though the time was very
short back there, I felt that they really were listening to
what fans were saying to them. This was the first picture I
ever took of Robin ( my fave brother) and the very first one
of the two of us together.
Note to Laura (the REAL Mrs. Gibb), I had him first!!!

You'll have to arm wrestle me for him! :-) LOL!!!

I also got to meet Stephen Gibb for the first time that day,
when he was just a 15 year old *assistant guitar technician* for the band!
Now his new band *58* is about to release a record of
their own! Time sure flies!

One thing a lot of people don't know about the Gibbs is that
they have incredible memories! They often remember people whom
they have only met once or twice, sometimes even remembering
where that person comes from! It boggles the mind!
