| Phoebe is about 22. She is theyoungest of the three. She is very outgoing and believes strognly in girl power. She has gone back to collage to try and make a life for her self. She has a incredibly strong will and loves her sisters very much. Though not the strongest with her powers she is always making new spells. She also is probably the best with physical strength out of the three thanks to karate lessons and training with Cole. | |||||||||
