Duke Develin has black hair and green eyes. he is an expert in dice and owns a gaming shop in Domino, across the street from Yugi's Grandfather's shop. Here goes to school with Yugi and the gang. He is their friends. He is a pretty good duellist for not dueling often. Duke and Tristan are constanty fighting over Serenity. Once they both almost fell off of a blimp while they were fighting over her. Shadi saved their lives by pulling them up and dissapeared. Although he fights with Tristan, he is a kind hearted person and a good friend.
