Y Preheat oven to 325ºF. Spread the nuts on a large on a baking sheet in a single layer– they will toast evenly Y Place the sheet into the preheated oven. It takes about
8-10 minutes. Y Nuts will toast quicker on a dark baking sheet Y Immediately remove from baking sheet to a platter or to
another baking sheet – they continue to cook on the hot pan and will burn and taste
bitter. Y Cool the nuts before grinding in a food processor or chopper,
or they turn to paste – Use Pulse When Grinding and
