Garlic Pepper Cream Chicken and Pasta

Medium Carrots, Julienned

Cloves Garlic, Peeled

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Milk

Spiral Pasta Or Similar

Cooked Cubed Or Sliced Chicken

Green Onions, Thinly Sliced

 

 

Parmesan Cheese

 

 

Parsley, Chopped

Directions:

In a medium saucepan bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the carrots and garlic and cook until tender. Drain, reserving broth and setting aside the carrots and garlic.

In a food processor blend the garlic, cream cheese, cup parmesan cheese, pepper, salt, and chicken broth. Add the milk and process until smooth.

Cook the pasta according to package directions.

In a large serving bowl, toss the pasta with the cream cheese mixture, carrots, chicken and green onions. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
