Chicken Supreme

 

Ingredients:

8 Boneless Chicken Breast Halves

 

Marinade:

1 Cup Sour Cream

1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion

1/4 Cup Lemon Juice

2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tsp Celery Salt

1 Tsp Pepper

1 Tsp Paprika

1 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

 

2 Cups Bread Crumbs, plain or seasoned

1/2 Cup Oil

1/2 Cup Butter, Melted

Directions:

 In a bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, onion and seasonings; mix well.  Place the chicken in a re-sealable plastic bag; pour the marinade over the chicken, shake to coat, seal the bags and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Drain and discard marinade.

Coat chicken with the bread crumbs; place in a greased casserole dish. Combine the oil and butter; drizzle over chicken. Bake in a 350 degree F oven, uncovered for 50-60 minutes, or until chicken is cooked thru.
