Chicken Paprika

Ingredients:

Skinless, Boneless, Chicken Breasts, Sliced

 

 

Salt and Pepper

Butter

cup

Red Onion, Chopped (1 Large)

Paprika

Vinegar

Cup

Chicken Broth

½

Cup

Sour Cream

Directions:

Sprinkle chicken strips with salt and pepper; set aside.

In a skillet melt butter and sauté the onions until tender, but not brown. Remove the onions. Add the chicken and as soon as it is lightly sautéed, add the paprika, vinegar, and chicken broth. Cover and gently simmer 10-15 minutes. Stir in sour cream.
