Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 12x8” casserole or baking dish.
Stir chicken, green pepper, cream cheese and ½ cup of salsa in a medium saucepan on low hear until cream cheese is melted.
Spoon ½ cup of the chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place in prepared pan.
Stir proxessed cheese spread and milk in a small saucepan on low heat until smooth. Pour sauce over tortillas; cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with remaining salsa before serving.
