Yam Pie

Ingredients:

Mashed Cooked Yams

Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed

Light Cream

Cup

Milk

Salt

Cinnamon

Nutmeg

Tsp

Ground Ginger

Unbaked 9 Pie Shells

Sour Cream

Cup

Confectioners Sugar

1/2

Tsp

Vanilla

Directions:

Combine yams, brown sugar, cream, milk, eggs, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in a large bowl with an electric mixer. Pour into pastry shells. Bake in 350F for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.

In a small bowl mix sour cream, confectioners sugar and vanilla together. Serve with yam pie,
