Pastry Crust (using Oil)

Ingredients:

1-1/2

Cup

All-Purpose Flour

Tsp

Salt

4-1/2

Tsp

Sugar

Cup

Vegetable Oil

2

Tbl

Milk

Directions:

In a large bowl combine the flour, salt and sugar. Add the oil and milk, and mix into a dough ball. Roll out on a lightly floured surface and press into a 9 pie plate. Prick with a fork. And bake according to your favorite pie instructions.

 

Yields

Makes 2 (9 pie shells)
