Mini Apple Pies



2 Medium Tart Baking Apples

1/4 Cup Sugar

2 Tsp All Purpose Flour

3/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/2 Cup Raisins Or Dried Cranberries

1 Package Refrigerated Pie Crust


 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Peel, core and chop apples into 1/4 inch pieces, In medium bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour, and cinnamon and either raisins or cranberries, tossing gently. Set aside.

Open and unroll piecrust onto work surface. Using 4 inches wide bowl or cup, cut out 6 circles. Press each circle inside the 6 cups of a muffin tin.

Evenly divide apple mixture into each prepared muffin cups. Cut remaining dough into strips 1/4 inch wide and top each pie with strips.

Bake until bubbling, 15-18 minutes. Let pies cool in muffin tin, and then remove.
