Preheat oven to 350ºF. Well grease a 9” square baking pan.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt; set aside.
Gradually add sugar to eggs, beating until very thick; fold in graham cracker mixture, mincemeat, nuts and lemon peel. Turn mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 3-35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold with whipped topping if desired.
