Mincemeat Torte

Ingredients:

Graham Cracker Crumbs

Baking Powder

Tsp

Salt

Cup

Sugar

Eggs, Beaten

9 oz

Pkg Mincemeat, Broken Into Pieces

Cup

Walnuts, Chopped

Grated Lemon Peel

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Well grease a 9 square baking pan.

Combine graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt; set aside.

Gradually add sugar to eggs, beating until very thick; fold in graham cracker mixture, mincemeat, nuts and lemon peel. Turn mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 3-35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold with whipped topping if desired.
