Mince Cheese Pie



1 Baked Pie Shell 9

16 Ounce Cream Cheese, Softened

2 Eggs

Cup Sugar

1 Tbl Orange Liqueur

2 Cups Mincemeat

Cup Walnuts, Chopped

1 Cup Sour Cream

Tsp Vanilla

2 Tbsp Sugar


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Beat cream cheese, eggs, cup sugar and liqueur until smooth. Combine mincemeat and nuts and spread on bottom of baked pie shell. Pour cheese mixture over mincemeat. Bake for 20 minutes. While pie is cooking, combine sour cream, vanilla and sugar. Spread evenly over hot pie and return to oven for 10 additional minutes. Chill 3-6 hours before serving.
