Key Lime Pie

 

Ingredients:

Graham Cracker Crumb Crust Or 6 Individual Mini Crusts

Egg Yolks

2

14 oz

Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk

1

Cup

Lime Juice

1

Cup

Heavy Cream, Chilled

Directions:

In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the egg yolks for 4 minutes or until very thick. Beat in the condensed milk and lime juice. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust or divide evenly into the individual crusts. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours, or until fillinf is firm to the touch.

Just before serving, whip the cream with an electric beater until it is stiff enough to stand in peaks. Spread the cream over the pie.
