Cranberry Walnut Pie



1 Unbaked Pie Crust

2 Cups Whole Cranberries

1 Cup Whole Walnut Halves

1/4 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar

1 Egg

1/2 Cup Sugar

1/3 Cup Butter

1/2 Cup Flour


Preheat Oven to: 325F.

Place cranberries and walnuts in the bottom of the pie crust. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

In a small bowl beat the egg, sugar, butter, and flour. Pour batter into pie crust over cranberries and walnuts. Bake 45-50 minutes until firm.

To serve cut into slices and serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on the side.
