Apple Cranberry Pie

Ingredients:

Cream Cheese, Softened

Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed

9 Pastry Shell

Apples, Peeled And Sliced

Halved Cranberries

Ground Cinnamon

All-Purpose Flour

1/3

Cup

Old-Fashioned Oats

Cup

Butter

Cup

Pecans or Walnuts, Chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F.

In a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed, mix cream cheese and cup brown sugar until well blended. Add eggs, and mix well. Pour into pastry shell.

Toss apples, cranberries, and tsp cinnamon. Spoon over cream cheese mixture in pie shell.

Mix flour, oats, remaining cup brown sugar and teaspoon cinnamon; cut in butter with two knives or a pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in nuts. Spoon over fruit mixture.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool
