Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed, mix cream cheese and ¼ cup brown sugar until well blended. Add eggs, and mix well. Pour into pastry shell.
Toss apples, cranberries, and ½ tsp cinnamon. Spoon over cream cheese mixture in pie shell.
Mix flour, oats, remaining ¼ cup brown sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon; cut in butter with two knives or a pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in nuts. Spoon over fruit mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool
