Apple Cranberry Crumb Pie




1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

1 Tsp Nutmeg

1 Tsp Cinnamon



6 Cups Apples, Peeled, Sliced Thin

1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries

1/3 Cups Maple Syrup

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1-1/2 Tsp Vanilla Flavor Extract

1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg


Crumb Topping:

1 Cup Rolled Oats

3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1/3 Cup Flour

1 Tsp Cinnamon

2-1/2 Butter, softened



 Remove top rack from oven and place other rack in middle of oven. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.  Spray a 9-inch pan with cooking spray.

Mix graham cracker crumbs with nutmeg and cinnamon. Cover bottom of pan with mixture. Pat it smooth with a spoon, covering bottom evenly.

In large bowl: combine apples, cranberries, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg. Spread evenly over crust.

Combine in another bowl: oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add butter with two knives and stir until it resembles coarse beads, then spread evenly across pie.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.
