Directions:
Preheat ovento 350°F.
Tear up the bread and place the pieces in
greased 9x13” baking dish. Brown and drain sausage meat in a skillet. Spoon the
sausage over the bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat together the eggs, mil, and
if using the dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the
ingredients in baking pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes
