Tangerine Pudding

 

Ingredients:

Tbl + 1 tsp

Cornstarch

Cup + 2 tsp

Sugar

Orange Tangerine Juice (Not Concentrate)

Butter

Grated Orange Or Tangerine Zest

Heavy Cream

Directions:

Whisk together cornstarch, cup sugar and a pinch of salt in a medium saucepan, add juice and whisk until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, whisking constantly, until thickened, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in butter and zest. Spoon into serving glasses or a medium bowl and let chill until ready to serve.

Topping: beat cup heavy cream with 2 teaspoons sugar until it holds soft peaks. Serve pudding with cream.
