Raspberry Cream Cheese Cake

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.Grease and lightly flour a 9 springform pan.

In a large bowl combine the flour and cup of sugar. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal. Reserve 1 cup of the topping and set aside. To the remaining crumb mixture add the baking powder, soda, salt, sour cream, egg and almond extract. Blend well, Spread over the bottom and 2 up the sides of prepared pan.

In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, cup of sugar and egg. Blend well. Pour over the batter in the pan. Spoon jam evenly over cheese filling.

In a small bowl combine reserved crumbs and almonds. Sprinkle over the top. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until cream cheese is set and the crust is golden brown. Cool for 15 minutes. Remove the sides and cool completely.
