Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs; mix well. Add melted chocolate and mix until well blended. Pour into crust.
Bake for 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool, Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator, spread with whipped cream. In a small bowl mix cherry pie filling and cherry flavored liqueur; spoon over whipped topping.
