Black Forest Cheesecake
32 Ounces Cream Cheese (4 – 8 Ounce Pkg), Softened
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Sour Cream
6 Squares Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, Melted
2 Cups Whipped Topping
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling
20 Oreo Chocolate Cookies, Crushed
3 Tbsp Butter, Melted
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 13x9” baking dish with foil with ends extending over sides of pan. Mix cookie crumbs and butter press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 10 minute.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream and chocolate; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Lift cheesecake from pan using foil. Cut into squares, top with cherry pie filling.
