Triple Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

Light brown sugar, firmly packed

Old fashioned rolled oats

Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Milk chocolate chips

Cup

White chocolate chips

Cup

Fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped

White chocolate, chopped (for optional drizzling)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease or use cooking spray on 2 baking sheets.

Whisk flour, baking soda, and cinnamon in a medium bowl to blend. Using a electric beater, blend butter, sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture and oats and stir until blended. Stir in all chocolate chips and cranberries.

Drop batter by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared pans, about 2 apart. Bake cookies, about 16 minutes or until edges are light brown. Transfer to wire racks to cool.

Optional: Stir chopped chocolate on top of double boiler until melted and smooth. Using a spoon drizzle melted chocolate over cookies in a zigzag fashion.
