Pumpkin Cake Bars

Ingredients:

Eggs, Well Beaten

Cooked Pumpkin (or one 16 Oz Can)

Sugar

Salt

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Cinnamon

Box

Yellow Or White Cake Mix (2 Layer Size)

Cup

Butter, Melted

Cup

Pecans, Chopped

 

 

Whipped Topping (Optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325F. Grease a 13x9x2 baking pan.

In a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium, combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon until well blended. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix. Drizzle melted butter over mix; Sprinkle with nuts. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve by cutting into squares, top if desired with whipped topping.
