Pizza Pan Cookies

 

Ingredients:

Buter, Softened

Sugar

Cup

Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed

Cream Cheese, Softened

Vanilla

All-Purpose Flour

Baking Soda

Chocolate Chips (1 Pkg)

Pecans Or Walnuts, Chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease two 12 pizza pans.

Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, cream cheese and vanilla in a large bowl. Add eggs, beat until light and fluffy. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Add to creamed mixture; blend well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Divide dough in half; press each half into a prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Cool completely in pans on wire racks.

To serve, cut into wedges can also be decorated with colored icing tubes as desired for birthdays or other occasions.
