Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients:

Cup

Butter, softened

2/3

Cup

Brown sugar, firmly packed

Eggs

1-1/2

Cup

All-purpose flour

Baking soda

Tsp

Salt

Oz

Dried cranberries

2/3

Cup

Chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate chunks

Cup

Walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F.

In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mixing well.

In a medium bowl stir together oats, flour, baking soda and alt. Add to the butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cranberries, white chocolate and ifusing the chopped nuts..

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
