Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cover 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil.
In a medium bowl combine the flour and baking
soda; set aside.
In a large bowl cream the butter, brown
sugar, vanilla, and sugar with a electric mixer on medium speed until light and
fluffy. Beat in eggs. Add the cocoa and heavy cream, mixing until creamy. Stir
in flour mixture and combine. Add nuts and chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared
pans a inch apart. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand on cookie
sheets for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
