Mini Filled Cupcakes

Ingredients:

Miniature Chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1/8 tsp salt, mix well and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Add ro dry ingredients and mix.

Using miniature cupcake tins lined with paper wrappers, fill each cup half full with batter. Then drop teaspoon of the filling. Finally, drop a couple of chocolate chips on top. Bake for 20 min. Remove from the oven and allow to cool, then store in the refrigerate.
