Jumbo Crunchy Choco-Chip Cookies

Crispy Rice Cereal

Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

Directions:

In a medium bowl mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together.

In a large bowl cream the butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy with an electric mixer. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture alternately with the oil until thoroughly combined. Stir in the rice cereal, the rolled oats, and the chocolate chips. Chill dough for 1 hour before baking.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Using an ice cream scoop for jumbo cookies or a tablespoon for large cookies, drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet 3 apart. Bake for 13-14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks
