3 Sticks Butter, Softened

1 Cup Sugar

3 Egg Yolks, Beaten

3 Cups Flour

1/2 Tsp Almond Extract

Strawberry Preserves, Orange Preserves, Currant Jelly Or Jam/Preserves Of Choice


 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a cookie sheet.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add beaten egg yolks. Gradually mix in flour and almond extract. Pinch off dough and form into small balls the size of walnuts. Place on cookie sheet; press a hole in center of each call with your finger. Fill holes with jam/preserves of choice. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
