Ice Cream Scones

 

Ingredients:

All-Purpose Flour

Sugar

Tsp

Baking Powder

Tsp

Salt

Cup

Butter, Melted

Cup

Milk

Cup

Melted Vanilla Ice Cream

Cup

Raisins

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a baking sheet.

In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, melted butter, milk, vanilla ice cream and raisins. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
