Holiday Fruit Drops

 

Ingredients:

Butter, Softened

Cup

Brown Sugar, Packed

Egg

Cup

All-Purpose Flour

Vanilla

Tsp

Baking Soda

Tsp

Cinnamon

 

 

Pinch Salt

Ounces

Diced Candied Pineapple (1 Cup)

Ounces

Candied Red And Green Cherries (1 Cup)

1

Cup

Raisins

1

Cup

Semisweet Chocolate Bits

Cup

Whole Hazelnuts

Cup

Pecan Halves

Cup

Walnuts, Coarsely Chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325. Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets and line with parchment paper. Cream butter and sugar in large bowl. Beat in egg until light. Mix in flour, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in candied fruit and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 apart on prepared cookie sheets. Remove to wire rack to cool.

*Note: the pecans, hazelnuts and candied cherries are not chopped.
