Fran’s Chocolate Pecan Cookies

 

Ingredients:

Butter, Softened

Cup

Peanut Butter, smooth or chunky

1/3

Cup

Sugar

1/3

Cup

Light Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed

Tsp

Vanilla

Cup

All-Purpose Flour

Tsp

Baking Soda

Ounces

Semisweet Chocolate Chunk (1 Pkg)

Cup

Pecans, Coarsely Chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.

Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla in a large bowl until light. Blend in flour and baking soda. Add chocolate chunks and pecans mix to combine. Scoop out about 1/3 cup of dough using an ice cream scoop for each cookie. Place about 4” apart on prepared cookie sheets, press each slightly to flatten.  Bake 15-17 minutes or until firm in center. Remove to wire racks to cool.
