Cappuccino Crinkles

 

Ingredients:

Brown Sugar, Firmlu Packed

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Instant Coffee Granules

Baking Soda

Cinnamon

Egg Whites

1/3

Cup

Vanilla Yogurt

1-1/2

Cup

All-Purpose Flour

Cup

Granulated Sugar Or Confectioners Sugar

Directions:

Beat butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 30 seconds. Add brown sugar, cocoa powder, coffee granules, baking powder and cinnamon. Beat until combined; scraping bowl. Beat in egg whites and yogurt until combined. Stir in flour until well combined. Cover and chill dough for 3 hours or until easy to handle.

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a baking sheet.

Place the granulated or confectioners sugar in a bowl. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into sugar and roll into balls. Place balls 2 apart on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are firm. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
