Diffs

 

Ingredients:

1 Cups Butter

2-1/2 Cups Regular Rolled Oats

2 Cups Flour

12 Oz Chocolate Chips

1 Tsp. Soda

1 Cups Brown Sugar

1 Cups Sugar

1/2 Tsp. Salt

2 Eggs

1 (4 Oz) Hershey Bar, Grated

1 Tsp. Vanilla

1 Tsp. Baking Powder

1-1/2 Cups Chopped Walnuts Or Pecans

Directions:

 Preheat oven to 375 deg F. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Place rolled oats in a food processor and Blend To Fine Powder.

Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips, grated Hershey Bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
