Crunchies

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup Butter Or Margarine

2-1/2 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar

2 Eggs, Beaten

2-1/2 Cup Flour

1/8 Tsp Salt

1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

1 Cup Pecan, Chopped

1 Tsp Vanilla

Directions:

 Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Blend gradually into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonsful on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degree F for 12-15 minutes.
