Cranberry Nut Bars

 

Ingredients:

Eggs

Cup

Sugar

1

Cup

Flour

1/3

Cup

Butter or margarine, melted

1-1/2

Cup

Fresh or frozen cranberries

Cup

Walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Reheat oven to 350F. Grease a 8 baking pan.

Beat eggs in a medium mixing bowl until thickened. Gradually add sugar, beating until well mixed. Stir in flour and butter; blend well. Add cranberries and walnuts, stirring gently until just combined. Spread in prepared baking pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a tester inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool and cut into bars
