Braised Beef in Cream

Ingredients:

Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed

Walnuts, Coarsely Chopped

Cup

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Cup

White Chocolate Chips

Cup

Milk Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F.

In a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed, combine butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla until well blended. Beat in egg.

Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Beat into creamed mixture at low speed until blended.

Stir in all the chocolate chips and the walnuts. Drop by a medium ice cream scoop or two tablespoons of dough into a mound for each cookie placing them about 3 apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet (do not overbake cookies continue to bake during 2 minutes cooling time on baking sheet) Remove to wire rack.
