Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt in a small bowl; set aside.
In a large bowl with an electric blender, combine sugar, butter, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add flour mixture gradually to Creamed mixture; mix thoroughly with a spoon. Stir in rolled oats, coconut and shopped nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2” apart on a ungreased baking sheet. Press out with back of fork. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
