Coconut Cherry Oatmeal Cookies



1-1/8 Cups Real Butter, Softened
1/2 Cup Firmly Packed Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Firmly Packed Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar 2 Eggs
1/4 Tsp Almond Extract
3/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp Salt
3 Cups Old-Fashioned Quaker Oats, Uncooked
1 Cup Raisins
1 Cup Chopped Dried Cherries
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut


Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and almond flavorings; blend well. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg & salt; mix well. Stir in oats, cherries, coconut and raisins; mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack to finish cooling
