Christmas Fruit Cookies

 

Ingredients:

Stick Butter

Cup

Brown Sugar

Cinnamon

Tsp

Baking Soda

Sherry Flavoring

Eggs

All-Purpose Flour

Cup

Orange Juice, Undiluted

Cup

White Raisins

Cups

Pecans, Chopped

Cups

Candied Cherries

Cups

Chopped Dates

Slices

Pineapple, Chopped

Directions:

Blend the butter and sugar, add the eggs, flour, cinnamon, and baking soda.

In a medium bowl, mix the fruit and the orange juice. Add to the cake mixture. Add the nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
