Chocolate Platter Cookies

 

Ingredients:

Butter, Softened

Light Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed

All-Purpose Flour

Semisweet Chocolate Chunks (1 Pkg)

Pecans Or Walnuts, Chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.

Cream butter with sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs; beat until fluffy. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Add to creamed mixture, mixing until dough is stiff. Stir in nuts and chocolate chunks.

To make Big Cookies: Scoop out about 1/3 cup of dough with an ice cream scoop for each cookie. Place on prepared cookie sheets spacing 4 apart. Using back of fork, flatten to about .

To make Regular Cookies: Drop by rounded tablespoons tablespoonfuls about 2 apart on prepared cookie sheets, flattening slightly with fork.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
