Chocolate Cola Cupcakes



1-3/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour

2 Cups Sugar

3/4 Cup Cocoa , Measured, Then Sifted

2 Teaspoons Baking Soda

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1/8 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup Oil

1 Cup Cola Or Strong Coffee

1 Cup Plain Yogurt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two 12 cup muffin tins with cupcake liners.

In a large bowl, using a wire whisk, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, powder, and salt.

Stir in vanilla, eggs, oil, and coffee or cola, and yogurt, to dry mixture, using a large wire whisk, or beat on electric mixer on medium speed for two minutes. Pour into prepared pans (Batter will be thin).

Bake for 20-24 minutes or until cupcakes test done.

Frost as desired or dust with confectionersí sugar
