2-1/4 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Pecans, Chopped
1 Cup Dried Cranberries, Chopped
12 Ounce Jar Of Maraschino Cherries
Preheat 350 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray.
Stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Blend the butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Stir in the hopped cranberries, pecans and 1/3 cup chopped cranberries.
Drop by teaspoonful onto prepared cookie sheet. Press a cherry halve into each cookie. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
**Using parchment paper or a foil liner will assure these cookies will peel off easily when slightly cooled.
